We've brought together two Los Angeles dog trainers who truly love dogs, for a series of entertaining, yet informational conversations about the things all pet owners would love to know. They cover a variety of topics: everything from introducing a new puppy into your home, to the health and welfare of your canine senior citizen...and all points in between. These podcasts offer an opportunity to pick up information which is often not covered in a typical dog training lesson or class. It's an easy way to learn about ideas and concepts which speed the training process, without the need to sit down and read a 200+ page book. They're all under 30 minutes long and you can listen to them directly off of our site, or down-load them and listen to later: on your computer, your MP3 player, burn them to a CD and now you can even subscribe to Doggie Dish on iTunes. | Host: Los Angeles Dog Trainer, Kim Rinehardt of Ain't Misbehavin' K9 Kim has amassed 30 years of experience working professionally with dogs. Even so, she continues to have a tremendous enthusiasm for teaching, and an endless fascination for the insights she gains from helping people with their dogs on a daily basis. Kim specializes in relationship based training, utilizing positive motivational techniques and reward based methods. In her own words: "My goal is to teach people to understand the differences in perspective between dogs and people and to develop a line of communication that both can clearly and easily understand. In doing so, I help them to strengthen the human/animal bond and to create a harmonious living situation that satisfies the needs of both. Kim teaches both private lessons and group classes in the Southern California area. In addition to basic obedience and manners training, she also offers behavior modification and problem solving. |

degree in Exotic Animal Training from Moorpark College in

Counselors, and continues her education by attending
numerous seminars and conferences each year.
